How can I feature two collections under one header on my home page?

I am trying to add two collections in to my featured collection on my home page.

So the name of the featured collection on my home page would be called Best Sellers and then i would have two collections underneath, one saying Pre Order Print and the other saying In Stock Prints.

The customer can then navigate between the two different collections and see the 4 products from each collection when they click on the header.

So it would look similar to:

I am trying to include a feature collection like found here: https://design-packs.com/products/featured-collection-slider

So instead of Spring, fall and Summer i will have Pre Order and In Stock.

Any help, would be very much appreciated.
