How can I find a Shopify Flow expert to help me?

Where can I find someone who knows the shopify variables and Flow well enough to create flows for me?

I’ve tried Upwork but we haven’t found anyone who can understand our requirements, language has been a bit of a barrier.

One example - we want to receive an email notification when a customer ships back an exchanged product. We use an app that adds notes on the order when the product is shipped. (That is just one example - we have about 5 that we need help with).

Are you looking in a specific location/language?

I don’t really care about location but need to communicate in fluent English. There are a few nuances to what I want to do so fluency/native language is a must.
