Hi,
We are having an issue with our website. When we try to access our website without WWW we get an error “www.thebatikboutique.com refused to connect.”
Our domain provider is GoDaddy. I looked into the settings and I couldn’t find any option to force redirect non-www to www domain.
Please advise what could be done to fix it and what’s causing the issue?

Login you store admin
go in setting > domain

I already checked the settings and I couldn’t find the option to redirect the non-www domain to www and that is why I posted the question.
Whenever a user tries to access our website without www they get an error message and are not able to access our website.
