How can I fix design issues in my Dawn theme website?

Hi,

I’m having issues with my website design. There is no block for my announcement bars in my dawn theme. And now the background is transparent. It only allows me to change the color of the text.

I also, have another issue where there’s a block of image of my background on my header.

How do I fix both? Thank you!

I have issues with my web design. I’m unable to change the colors on my announcement boxes. It just comes out transparent no matter what I do. And then for my image banner, I have an issue with there being an image outline block behind my main text. I’ve tried to remove it with different codes but to no avail. The issues that I have are shown in the pictures I attached above. :slightly_smiling_face:
