I am currently using the DAWN Theme in Shopify and I want to add an Image Banner at the top of my Homepage 1920x1080 px. Sadly even tho Dawn theme is supposed to be mobile responsive it doesnt scale down for mobile and cuts off on left and right. I discovered some solutions here in the forum but they didnt work for me.
Can someone please help me?
Another problem I have is, that I cant make the Image Banner clickable, so clicking the banner could lead to the fitting products, is there a solution too?
I have had the same issue with CRAFT theme. The only way i found around it is to create banner 2000x1000px and then put the design mainly in the centre and immediate left and right -not too much towards the edges.
Real shame- i couldn’t believe it wouldn’t optimise for mobile- thought i was going potty for a moment!
Shame Shopify is loosing simple optimisations with newer themes.
