How can I fix the incorrect VAT issue in my boutique?

Hi there,

in a few weeks, I will open my Boutique and I noticed that Shopify was not setting the proper VAT on products.

I tried to use the override option but in this case, whenever I was drafting an order on the website it was not showing the correct VAT, but it does on POS.

Does anyone have any idea why and how I can fix it?
