How can I get a refund for an accidental subscription charge?

Hi! I was just testing shoppify when I saw that I was billed. Thus, I request a refund for the last payment that was made from my debit card.

In addition, I am planning on closing the store.

I definitely understand not wanting to pay for a subscription that you’re not using, and I’m happy to provide you with some more information.

Just so you’re aware, as per our Terms of Service, Shopify does not offer refunds. However, I recommend getting in touch with our Support team to see if an exception can be made since you won’t be using the account (I can’t guarantee they will be able to offer you a refund but it is definitely worth checking in about). I’m not able to provide account-specific support through the Community, but you can get in touch with our live Support team through the Help Center, and they will be able to review your account and see if a refund can be issued.
