How can I get rid of "> from my header, it's at the top left of my announcement bar

I had gradient"> at the top of my header (left side) and found info here to remove it, but it left ", so I tried some other options and now I have " and "> under it.

Any suggestions?

Step 1: Go to Shopify Admin → Online Store ->Theme → Edit code

Step 2: Search find theme.liquid → Try to find if it appears inside the file and remove it
