So I received an order on the 24th of March - I fulfilled it straight away, but the payment is still marked as pending??? I’ve checked all my information and payment schedule, details, etc but I haven’t seen a glimpse of payment. I’m quite frustrated as I sent off two other orders a week ago valued high but I haven’t seen a cent.

If not, I’d encourage you to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look as we wouldn’t have access to any account details through the Community. They will be able to determine why it’s stuck in a pending state and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.

I’m experiencing the same problem. The payout day is indicated, but it stays pending, even though the payout date has already passed. It hasn’t been deposited into my account yet, and I’m not getting any response from support. What could be the reason for this?

this does say how the issue was resolved..??? shopify needs to improve on the support .

John did you get any emails or answers …all i get is excuses and new escalated numbers ..but i still have pending payments without a reason ..support saw that there was something but it the payment team that needs to reach out via email…so why are we writing to support that then turn and write to the payment team ?? i dont get it i have been waiting since july 3rd for my payments
hi, The same thing happened to me. Please have you received an email from them or have you received your payment? I’ve been waiting for half a month with no reply or help and my money has been in the process of being arranged and I don’t know where it’s been placed
I’m having the same issue too. I’ve had payments pending for nearly a month. Apparently this problem has been escalated but I have had no response for over a week and still no payments being made to my business bank account.
I’ve followed every procedure but no one at Shopify is doing anything to help resolve this.
