How can I hire an expert for custom tasks on the Empire theme?

Hello! I went to “hire a Shopify expert” but the categories to hire are not exactly what I need. I need someone who can do some extra bells and whistles on the Empire theme. Shorten product descriptions with a collapsible description also need a collapsible “more information” spot on product page that is unique to every sku.

How do I hire someone to do these tasks? Thank you.

If you are comfortable with following a step by step youtube guide, this guy shows how to add a collapsible description. I presume the same concepts would apply to adding the additional accordions you’re looking for as well.
