How can I improve order processing for my drop shipping store?

Hello, I’m a Shopify store owner and I hope you are doing well. I’m having such a hard time getting my store running. I placed a order to make sure the store is running right and its been over a month. I’m a drop shipping store. I placed three orders two of them just deposited into my shopify card. the bridge between is obelo and i’m on with them. I don’t get the part with the order and when it is to be shipped to china. i was told to go to ali express and place the order but then i was told it was automated. I’m paying for the account to stay open but I don’t have any customers. How can i solve this problem. Thank You

I recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team so they can look into the back end of your account and see if this was set up correctly on your end. They can look into your admin as well as Oberlo app settings to see if anything needs to be adjusted.
