Online store speed can be affected by many different things, some you can control and some you cannot. Factors you can control are:
- Apps- make sure you uninstall any apps you are not using, disable app features you don’t use, and remove any code from unused apps.
- Themes - disable any theme features you don’t use, consider using a theme that’s optimized for performance such as our new 2.0 themes.
- Images and videos- remove or resize any large images, and review the image optimization guide.

Need to work on following points
- Theme Upgrade if there is a scope and upgraded theme available
- Reduce JS Payload.
- Use Critical CSS .
- Reduce Large Image Sizes
