Hi there - We are looking to have integrations between Shopify and Zoho CRM. We will be taking enquiries from our shopify website, which we want to land in Zoho CRM. If anybody can help, kindly let me know

The instructions to create a Zoho web form using their Developer tools are here:

You can then embed it in your website on a normal page template and make that your contact page instead of using the Shopify Contact page template.

Beware though, Zoho doesnt handle spam well, best to add the Captcha option and good luck.

There is also a zoho integration app but you dont need that to get enquiries passed from Shopify to your Zoho CRM.
