How can I integrate print on demand with other stores?

I would like my store to be able to integrate with other stores. I am aiming to

become a vendor. I print t-shirts and garments. I want to be able to receive stores orders after they take payment. I will print the order and fulfill it once I receive the order.

can someone please help me with this?
