How can I keep my site menu always visible, not just on hover?

HI -

I had a former develop work on our site and realized I don’t know how to keep the menu showing. Right now, it only shows when we hover.

@LaurenZ22 - if it keeps showing then menu will overlap the content

I’d like the top level to show always in the header but the lower levels to show up when the cursor hovers.
