Is there a way for me to limit the order of only 1 product per day ? And to enable schedule orders for the days to come ?
This is the full issue for you to understand:
I own a retail food store with multiple products ( I dont need to limit the orders per day ). They are sauces and other packed foods. So I can deliver unlimited orders per day.
However, We are opening a bakery. We want to start small and grow. I work alone in the bakery. So I’m only able to bake 10 cakes per day. So I want to limit the cakes ordering to 10 cakes. I want to also enable schedule preorders for the next day and days. While also, keep the cakes 10 orders per day.

Wishing you all the best on opening your bakery. I’m sure it’ll be a success! You mentioned that you’re able to bake 10 cakes per day and would like to limit the cake ordering up to 10 cakes. You’d also like to provide your customers with the option of scheduling pre-orders while keeping the limit of up to 10 cakes.
In order to set limits on cake orders, there is an app called Order Limits that allows you to limit orders on a customers entire cart, specific products or groups of products. The app can also allow limits for the total dollar value in a cart, total number of items in a cart and much more. By setting these order limits / restrictions on specific products, you can ensure that the limit does not go over 10 cakes.
In regards to scheduling pre-orders, the app Pre-Order Manager provides your customers with a smooth process of scheduling pre-orders for products that are not yet available. Customers will have to agree to the Terms and Conditions before they can pre-order. Within the app you can add a Pre-Order button directly to your pre-released product pages.
