How can I limit staff account access in my purchased theme?

I have a theme purchased and I want to limit access for staff account. I do not want the staff to be able to delete template. How can I do that?

Thanks for posting to the Shopify Community!

I understand you’d like to limit staff access as you don’t want staff to remove templates.

When adding staff under Settings > Users and Permissions in your admin, you can limit staff for the following sections:

  • General
  • Administration
  • Online Store
  • Finance
  • Apps and Channels

For the specific section you’d like to limit, this can be found under Online Store by deselecting the box Themes. This will create limited permissions for the staff account.

No, that doesn’t works. I want my staff to edit template but not delete it. The solution revokes the editing rights as well
