How can I link my contact form to a thank you page?

Hello, I was looking to see if it was possible to connect my contact form to a thank you page. Here is the contact form (https://stylcase.com/pages/contact) and here is the thank you page (https://stylcase.com/pages/thank-you). I want the “SEND” button on the contact page to bring the user to the thank you page but I do not know how to connect that.

I am using the taste theme, any advice is appreciated, thank you.
