I have spent a lot of time and money to get 3D renders of my two products into gbl with the suggested dimensions to work in my Shopify store. I can get the file to upload and work from the product page, however it does not show up at all when I go to any live view.
How can I get this 3D images to be operational in my shop??

To implement product media on your themes, it may be difficult with snipping code on the product. liquid like this guide: https://shopify.dev/themes/product-merchandising/media
