How can I make my GIFs load faster on my website?

Hello, someone told me to compress my gif, i did. From 30mb now they like 3mb, but they still load after 10seconds, its very slow. i see on other sites like this that is almost instant (example yau4l.com). This is my website dleomicidio.com
