How can I manually fulfill a split dropship order on Shopify?

I received my first dropship order. It was split into 2 vendors, Trendsi & Dear Lover. Dear Lover items was sold out but, have those items on their wholesale so i place the order on Dearlover wholesale website to ship to customer. I cancel request to fulfill for Dearlover portion on shopify. How do i complete the order on shopify to show the items ship but not from dropship items, i gues more like manual. I need to set a complete/fullfilled order. and send customer email with tracking. Please advise

Try adding tracking and manually marking it fulfilled.

If you aren’t able to do that, try changing the location (click the 3 dots at the top right of the fulfillment box), and then marking it fulfilled.

Can the Dropshipping seller track the shipping & delivery information from the supplier in Shopify? Or does it require integration of apps like AliExpress, Spocket, etc. to track the info?

@deepa2492 Here are the common methods I know of to update tracking / fulfillment for suppliers / dropshipping stores in a Shopify store:

a) If the supplier has access to the Orders page in your Shopify store (not recommended unless you are a really close partner with them), they can update the order after they ship it.

b) The supplier can email your team the tracking information (either per order, or a daily summary, for example), then your staff adds the tracking to the order(s) and marks fulfilled.

c) Use an app like Order Automator, that gives the supplier a website portal where they can add the tracking to a form, that then updates your Shopify order with tracking + marks fulfilled, triggering the notification to the customer.
