How can I modify the 'Continue Shopping' link on my cart page?

I would like to change the link of “Continue shopping” on my cart page to a collection page instead of showing all the products:

Unfortunately, without more information, like what website it is, what theme you are using, I can’t know much of how to help you, only that, possibly, you’ll have to change that in the code of the theme.

SORRY CAN I SEE LINK, yes I no where you can change it, but first,is the connection of the instead page that is going to show all your product. CONTENT ME AND LET ME GET IT DONE FOR YOU NO POSSIBLE
