How can I move text under images in Dawn theme's multicolumn section?

Hi all,

I am using the Dawn theme. On my homepage, I have multicolumns. I actually have two sections of them. The first section has 3 images going across. Its under the “How your donation is used” text. Then the second section has 4 images going across and two rows total (8 total images.) It is located under the “what exactly do we fund” section. I want to take the text that is over the images in the second section (section of 4 images across, two rows) and put the text under the image. I do NOT want this done to the top section (the 3 images going across) only the second section. I hope that makes sense. I also want the text to be black. You can view my website at www.PennsylvaniaParks.org. Anyone know how I can do this?
