How Can I Move The Social Media Icons and the Payment Icons?

Hello, I would like to move my social media icons to show under the brand logo and the payment icons to the center of the footer. Also is it possible to add one more column without messing the subscribe to email button? my theme is dawn.The website is https://inshade.shop/

i dont have a theme liquid on assset . my theme is Dawn 7.0.1

if i update it i will loose some of the code as it says. should i do it ? or its not needed?
