how do i get my Production Merchant Id?

Can you provide us with more context on what you need a Product Merchant ID for please? Is there a specific section within your Shopify admin that is asking you for this information? If so, it’ll help us greatly if you can share a screenshot of where exactly in the admin you’re looking to input this information.
For context though, we don’t use a Product Merchant ID on our end, but we do have a Shop ID for each store on our platform. This information is typically requested by a merchant’s bank or third-party payment provider — so if this is what you’re looking for, you can contact our live support team via the Help Center here by typing contact support in the chat box, and you’ll be guided to connect with a live support team member for further assistance on this.
Keep in mind however, that a request for a Shop ID will need to come from the store’s account owner. So if you’re a staff member of the store, you’ll need to get the account owner to contact our live support team instead in order for us to provide the requested information.
