How can I offer wholesale options to approved customers?

Hello!

it got the the point that I want to offer wholesale to approved customers. I have few questions that I would like to ask.

  1. Is there something out there that doesn’t require to make another website to wholesale?

  2. My customers are close customers. I would like to offer them the option to submit order without paying and me send invoice with shipping included once product arrives since some products will be wholesale.

  3. I would like to have the option to set minimum quantity in order to wholesale.
