How can I optimize my banner size for mobile and desktop?

I’m having some issues when it comes to optimizing my banner size to fit mobile & desktop. I have the Tartine theme. I couldn’t seem to figure out a way to do this.

We need to create separate image section for mobile and desktop. You can customize the slideshow.liquid code to fix this issue.
