my store has been suddenly frozen
i want to pay my bill in order to reavtivate it but I can’t find where to pay it and the bill doesnt appear
plz help

I just want to confirm that you didn’t freeze your store and that this happened outside of any of your actions? If so, could you please reach out to an advisor on our support team here. If you are unable to log in, please click the “Continue without logging in” button.
It’s not possible to look into account specifics via the Community so this would be the best route forward for you.
If you froze your account, to unfreeze it you would be promtped to pay any unpaid bills and then be able to log in as normal. Because you can’t see any, this doesn’t seem to be the case and contacting an advisor to look into this with you in real time is the best next step!
