I have customers that are not local chosing LOCAL PICKUP at checkout to avoid paying shipping cost. Is there a way that I can set it where they can not do this if their mailing zipcode is not in the area? What options do I have to get my shipping fees. Should I cancel their order and let them reorder the right way. Can you look at my store to see what the problem is? My store is www.blingfor5byangela.com

Thank you for reaching out about this and sharing your experience here. The local pickup option does not have the ability to be restricted to a certain range at this time. I would recommend in these situations that you contact the customer directly and ask them to accept an additional charge for the shipping fees if they are not picking up locally.
You can refund the order and ask them to place it again, but if you have automatic payment capture on you will lose out on the processing fees for the initial transaction. If you want to be able to just go ahead and cancel these orders I would set up manual payment capture so that you can confirm payment or adjust the orders as needed before processing the transaction.
