How can I protect my business from fraudulent orders on Shopify?

So I got an order from a customer and it didn’t flag me as fraudulent or give me any warning, I fulfilled the order and then Shopify took the money back saying it was a fraudulent order and I had a chargeback. It didn’t make sense to me how Shopify protected me as a business, in this case, they claimed it was the bank and I should reach out to the customer, I am not able to reach the customer as he/she isn’t picking calls. We are talking about over $200 worth of chargeback.

IT’S SO SAD THAT SHOPIFY SECURITY DIDN’T FLAG IT AS FRAUD AND INDICATED THAT I CAN GO AHEAD WITH THE ORDER AND DIDN’T PROTECT ITS CUSTOMER.
