How can I reduce the header font size in Dawn?

I’m trying to adjust the font size of the headers in my pages to match what I have in the Collection Pages.

For example, “Terms of Service” or “Our Story” is too large while the Collection Pages have headers sized to 20px. Can someone please advise how to adjust?
