Between the sections mentioned below in the attached images, there is too large a blank space, which makes my shop design affected. How can I reduce those spaces?

Can I ask which theme you’re using? The reason I’m asking is because if you’re using a free Shopify designed theme and on a paid plan, then you could avail of the 60 minutes free design time! You can start that process here.
If you’re using a paid third party developed theme it might be worth reaching out to theme developer directly or a Shopify Expert as a small task.
