How can I move (or remove) ShopPay information posted at the top of our product pages. It is a long paragraph and very distracting, I’d like to relocated it (and preferably shorten it) under the Buy It Now button.

Thank you for posting, I definitely have some information that can help you here.
I want to say first that we strongly suggest that merchants do not remove the banner while using Shop Pay Installments. Due to regulations on how a consumer lending product is articulated to buyers, we’ve worked with Affirm to ensure the messaging we provide keeps our merchants compliant (side note, it also helps increase conversions!). The wording in the banner is not customizable and the placement cannot be moved, but styling changes (for example, font, color) are possible through custom coding. If you did want to continue with removing the Shop Pay Installments banner, you can use the theme update guide to see the relevant code. Please note that the Shopify Support team cannot assist with removing the banner.
