Hi! Normally you can easily change this in the customization builder. What theme are you using?
Did you check the options of the header in the editor? When you click on the header, you see an option somewhere around the LOGO option that allows you to change the menu style. You will need to change this to something like ‘Center left’. This photo in is Dutch but it’s where it says "Midden links’
