To change the heading of the section you should be able to do this either in the theme editor where you manage the section content or in the theme language editor.
For example, in the Dawn theme, I can open the theme editor, choose the section I want to change and there is a title field where I can update the section title.

I’m using the prestige theme so it’s not giving me the option you have. Here is what I’m looking at.

In this case you should be able to change that text using the theme language editor. The language editor allows you to change universal theme language, either to match a certain look or feel or to translate areas of the theme.
To access this, you will want to sign into your admin and go to Online Store > Themes, use the “Actions” menu for the theme you want to change and select “Edit Languages”. In there, search for the term you want to change in your theme and you should be able to change the text that way. If you want to leave the text field empty you will want to add a single space into the text box in the language editor.
I can’t access this myself for the prestige theme since I don’t have a full license, but let me know if you have any issues finding this field to change.
