My gift card displays under my products but I only want to show in the main menu (HOME-GIFT CARDS-CONTACTS), when I remove it from products it also gets deleted from the gift card main menu.
I guess it’s late and my brain is fried!

The best solution for this is to create different collections for different categories.
You can create a separate collection of gift cards & products and link it to your menu and your issue will be resolved.
