I need help on renaming or some other ways not to show domain.com/collections/all

If you’re looking to change the name of the collection that appears at the end of the URL (eg. domain.com/collections/all), then we’d recommend creating a collection and using that instead of the default All collection option in the navigation menus. This way, the end of the URL will be named after your collection (eg. domain.com/collections/collection-title). To do this, simply create a collection and change the Link for the menu item(s) in your navigation menus.
Here is an example of my navigation menu using a manual collection and the URL becomes: domain.com/collections/tv.
That being said, if you’re referring to breadcrumbs that are displayed by the theme, then this is something that you can typically disable through the theme settings using our theme editor. However, the URL address (eg. store.com/collections/all) is something that browsers require to find a specific page/site, so this cannot be hidden/removed.
