My store was closed and I want to re open it because I messed just one bill mean one payment
Hello, @Cattussstore !
Thank you for posting in the Shopify Community, I’m happy to share some information with you about reopening your store.
If you missed paying your Shopify subscription bill or if a payment fails three times, then your store is frozen until you settle your bill with Shopify. However, you definitely have the option to reopen! To unfreeze your account, you need to pay any outstanding charges. If you reactivate your store more than 30 days after your last bill was issued, then you also need to pick a plan and pay for the upcoming subscription cycle. You can find more information in our help document, and here are the steps to reopen your store:
-
Log in to your store as the store owner.
-
Successfully pay the outstanding balance on your account. If you have multiple outstanding bills, then you’re prompted to pay each invoice completely to reactivate your store. To download your bills, you can export your billing history.
-
If you reactivate your store more than 30 days after your last bill was issued, then do the following:
- Pick a new plan.
- Pay for the upcoming subscription cycle.
And voilà! You’ll be able to access your store and continue selling. Please let me know if you have any questions about this!
