My store was closed by Shopify, www.danielfast.org possible due to non payment. My credit card was stolen and I had to get e new one. In the meantime I also lost access to my original email address for the store. I was working on another Shopify store a during all this and did not realize that my bill was not being paid because I was getting emails from Shopify with bill receipts. When I tried to access my original website account, it was closed and I have been trying to re-open it ever since (so far over 2 weeks). I have chatted with Shopify reps several times, sent my photo ID 2 times and have tried unsuccessfully to get this resolved. I just want to resolve the billing issue and be able to log into my account again. Hopefully, I have not lost my files as I spent a month designing the site.
