How can I resolve Instagram shopping connection issues with my ecommerce account?

I am trying to connect my shopify account to my Instagram account and this is the error I’m seeing can someone please help. I have contacted Facebook and they said they could not resolve the issue so I have to contact shopify. This is a head ache for me,

We may not be able to completely resolve the issue but we hope that we were able to provide you the information you need. Your feedback will allow us to continue to improve for the future.

Hello!

I personally have seen this error because Instagram shopping is currently only available for US customers. Perhaps this is the reason for you? In other cases, I cannot be much more of help, unfortunately.

Although we recently published an article on social media shopping and there’s also a section on how to set up Instagram shopping with Shopify. Perhaps there’s something you haven’t tried yet.
