i have gives one app for published. i have get the response with this

Judging from the info shared here, you have already been in touch with our Partner Governance team, that’s great!

You can address any queries you have about this process by way of replying to that email from our escalated team.

That said, again based on the info you have shared here it looks like the team has confirmed that the decision to decline an account is final.
