So I Was Playing Around With My Store & I Accidentally Deleted The Footer Menu Off My Theme. Templates Was Removed As Well. I Can’t Add Anything To My Homepage Now. What Can I Do? Thanks
If you accidentally deleted the footer menu and its associated templates, there are a few steps you can take to restore it:
-
Check the “Trash” or “Deleted Templates” section: In the Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes, and click on the “Actions” dropdown next to your current theme. Look for a “Trash” or “Deleted Templates” option. If you find the deleted templates there, you can restore them.
-
Use the “Undo” feature: After deleting the footer menu and its associated templates, you may be able to use the “Undo” feature in the Shopify admin. Look for an “Undo” button or link at the top of the page. Clicking on it should revert the changes you made and restore the deleted templates.
-
Reinstall the theme or a backup: If the above options don’t work or you don’t have access to the deleted templates, you can reinstall the theme to reset it to its original state. Alternatively, if you have a backup of your theme files, you can upload that backup to restore the deleted templates.
