I am having difficulty with shipping and delivery on my Shopify store. The purpose of the store is merchandise for my existing magazine company. I have connected it to Printful (or so I thought) which is where I would like all manufacturing/fulfilment/shipping to be handled for all orders placed on my store. However, when I go to Shopify settings → Locations the default location for fulfilment is set to our business P.O box instead of Printful. Is there a way to get rid of the P.O box default location and make it Printful?
Consequently, every time a customer tries to place an order on the store they receive a message saying this: “This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again.”
I would greatly appreciate some insight into this issue. Thank You!
Something I forgot to mention: When I am in Shopify settings → Shipping and Delivery I have created my general shipping rates and chose Printful to be the shipping origin. When I click on rates, and “use carrier or app to calculate rates” it tells me there are “no carrier or apps available for this zone” (I want to ship to the U.S. states). When I create my own rates and leave Printful as the shipping origin, it still does not let my customers check out and says “no delivery methods available”
I have been dealing with the same issues for the past week. No help from Shopify. Zero sales because can’t ship. About to ask for refund and find another service.
When I used Printful the app automatically created Printful specific shipping zones.
If it didn’t, try adding a printful product to your already existing shipping zone for the US, then do a test order (just to checkout to select shipping).
Printful should also create its own location.
I would reach out to them directly, it sounds like the setup hasn’t been completed. They can probably solve your problem pretty quickly.
