kindly note I have a very crucial and critical request that an agent in Shopify from chat requested to open a case here to check if possible doable or not:
I want first :
30% discount applied to most of the products – Credit customers excluded
I will create a segment for customers’ credit and it’s done ok.
then: for
Cash customer discount:
10% applies to all cash customers after applying the initial 30%
Cash customers (COD, visa cards, and bank transfer) people who use these methods will benefit from an additional discount on selecting one of these payment methods.
i tagged customers with cash and credit but how i am going to set the discount promo code if payment method above are selected and not credit customers?
