Custom shipping rates are needed that vary by quantity tiers (in 100-piece increments up to 10,000) and by courier, with different rates per country. Example tiers: 100 pcs at USD 10 (Courier A) or USD 20 (Courier B); 200 pcs at USD 8 (A) or USD 18 (B).
Suggested approach: Use the PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label app to set quantity-based rules and shipping zones (country/state/postcode). Screenshots were provided to illustrate rule setup.
Constraint: The merchant uses a third‑party fulfillment service and does not have courier accounts, so the suggested app is not usable.
Current issue: The store is configured for 100 pcs per item, but when customers select 200, 300, or more, the shipping cost does not automatically update to the corresponding tier.

I would like to set up the shipping cost at CUSTOM SHIPPING RATES under 10 items, but each item will be charged 100pcs per order as following:
100pcs - USD 10 (A courier)
100pcs - USD20 (B courier)
200pcs - USD8 (A courier)
200pcs - USD18 (B courier)
… etc…10000pcs
Each country is different shipping cost which same as above combination then how could i set up?

You can set custom rates based on your product quantity as mentioned above with PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label. If you want to ship based on shipping zones, the app makes it possible. You can create shipping zones based on country, states & postcodes.

I use the 3rd party fulfillment service company so could not use this app as we don’t use the accounts of those express courier companies.
Now the problem is our setting is 100pcs per item when selecting 200pcs or 300pcs or more then the shipping cost could not change to 200pcs or 300pcs etc… automatically.
In this case, how to solve it?
