I understand you’re looking for a way to send orders to customers that are sourced from different suppliers in one shipment. However, as the products involve different third-party vendors, there isn’t an easy way to accomplish this. You can try talking to each of your vendors to see if they’d be willing to collaborate, or utilize an outsourced shipping service, such as Shopify Fulfillment Network (US and Canada only) or Easy Fulfillment.
Alternatively, you can consider stocking some of the inventory yourself, so that you can ship them all in one box to your customers and have them arrive at the same time. I understand that you don’t want to deal with any of the products physically; however, this would be the most viable solution to accomplish what you’re looking to do. If your customers don’t often order multiple items, then you may not have to do this often and you can simply keep one or two units on hand.
