How can I successfully add a Facebook meta-tag to my domain?

I want to verify my domain on Facebook by adding an FB meta-tag to the website homepage code. I’m supposed to put it between …, but in my theme.liquid, there’s only one , and Facebook won’t verify the domain when I paste the meta-tag.

Is there any solution?
