How can I successfully move the VIEW ALL button in DAWN theme?

Hi, Ive followed ever tuorial I can find to move the ‘VIEW ALL’ button on my collections and featured collections but I’m failing at every attempt. Can anyone please help?

I’m using DAWN theme.
