How can I sync my Etsy and online stores for real-time inventory management?

Hi

I have been looking into syncing my shopify and etsy stores and having real time inventory management. I would like to be able to create a listing once and have it transferred to the other sales platform and not have to enter it twice, and I would like the inventory on both platforms to be synced so that i do not run the risk of selling the same item again on shopify. I was running shopify and etsy independently - having to manually update each platform when an item sold.

Can anyone recommend an App they have used successfully.

Thank you, I did look at this one, the only thing that put me off was not being able to delete products myself.
