Hello, so i just bought a pre-built store from E-Com. it look awesome but i just had a issue and cant seem to figure it out on my own.
i have about 15 products that came pre loaded with my shopify store, but theres no supplier for them yet either, when i go into product settings it just shows the inventory is my address and not Autods/CJ ETC. i cant seem to add it or sync it to any Supplier or maybe im doing it wrong can anyone please help:)
Hi @Assortify4 Did you have add any app like CJ or Autods in your store, if not then you need to first add those app and integrated it with your store so that those app can manage the inventory for you.
If you have already integrated the apps with the store then you need to add those product in the store again from the apps and you will able to see that now the inventory is managed by the apps itself.
If you will unable to implement the same then I’m happy to do this for you, let me know. I can implement the changes so that this will work well for you.
